Gathering information from subject-matter experts and developing, organizing, and writing procedure manuals, technical specifications, and datasheet documentation

• Testing and updating existing documentation.

• Adhering to and updating in-house style guide and templates

  • Creating them when inexistent

Producing high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience

• Analyzing existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities

• Creating and maintaining the information architecture

• Developing and maintaining a detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications

Working with internal teams on product and documentation requirements

• Working with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements

• Working closely with the design team to evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement

Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides

Excellent written skills in English

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

Proficiency in word processor programs such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs and PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat 

Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred

Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail

Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures

Ability to reach out to the right person to collect information

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
