Summary
We are seeking an experienced, driven, and passionate People Business Partner (HRBP) to support the fast growth of Innatera.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will play a pivotal role within the People & Culture strategy serving as a trusted advisor and tactical partner to our leadership team in the development and overall culture of Innatera. Your main focus will be on:
Driving key strategic projects to ensure business objectives are achieved (such as performance and development management, compensation and benefits, etc.)
Partnering with Leadership within the Innatera organization
Ensuring legal compliance in our organizational policies and initiatives
Developing a strong, nourishing employee culture within the organization
We will trust you with:
Driving key strategic projects to achieve business objectives
Understanding the business strategy and priorities and developing strong partnership with team leads to address tactical and strategic needs
Ensuring the full running and improvement of the performance & development process, and compensation and benefits plan
Developing a scalable promotion and career growth strategy
Fostering a workplace culture of continuous learning and empowerment where team members feel responsible for their own learning, development and progression
Leadership
Becoming a trusted and strategic partner to team leads, proactively partnering with them to contribute to an effective leadership
Providing continuous guidance and coaching to team leads on any people related topics through training, coaching, and counseling
Supporting team leads in building high-performing teams through effective Performance and Development cycles and succession planning
Conducting exit interviews, onboarding meetings and any other employee cycle activities to your designated team leads and provide ongoing feedback to them on people matters
Legal compliance
Creating and maintaining internal employee policies in compliance with the labor law regulations and overall company strategy
Providing expert advice on local labor laws and/or internal policies
Reviewing and ensuring compliance at a company level to mitigate employment-related liability risks and ensure all the team members are treated fairly and safely.
Overseeing individual cases, including illness, underperformance, and terminations, while implementing preventive measures to mitigate these issues.
Setting up and coordinating Innatera’s Works Council with the support of People Operations team
Employee culture
Providing a great team member onsite and remote experience
Prioritizing the well-being, health, safety, and engagement of Innatera’s team members by executing relevant initiatives in collaboration with the People and Culture team.
Coaching managers and other stakeholders on the rollout and management of People & Culture processes and internal strategies/policies
Supporting with the organization of team-building events and initiatives for our global, hybrid team members
Participating in other People & Culture projects and activities as necessary
