Becoming an expert user of Innatera technology and a trusted technical resource for the assigned customer base
Assisting our customers in accelerating their development of our technology
Training customers (alongside the engineering teams) by organising workshops and training sessions
Providing technical support to our customers and answering questions on applications of Innatera technology
Transferring customer requirements and feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Collaborating actively with the SDK/EDK, architecture and Product owner teams
Assisting the sales and program management teams
Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Flexibility and outstanding communication & customer service skills
AI background (basic concepts at least)
Experience with AI Embedded Application
Multitasking
Great coding skills: Python, C
Knowledge of AI Framework: TensorFlow, PyTorch
Knowledge of the ML toolbox, SDK, EDK,
Computer architectural knowledge is a big advantage
