Summary
As a Product Manager reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our product roadmap, optimizing specifications, and devising strategic promotion programs. This is a hands-on role where you will be at the forefront of innovation, helping to shape the direction of our products and driving revenue growth.
We will trust you with:
  • Driving the product roadmap and strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Business Development and R&D) to incorporate market and technology inputs.

  • Making product architecture decisions from inception and conducting technical assessments of proposed product features

  • Identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, leveraging Innatera's competitive strengths to steer product strategy.

  • Leading thorough market analysis to gain competitive insights and formulate a dynamic go-to-market strategy within current and future ecosystems.

  • Driving product profitability and reporting P & L metrics to senior management, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Fostering relationships with strategic customers and technology partners to define optimal product configurations and use cases.

  • Acting as the voice of the customer, translating insights into actionable product priorities and effectively communicating with internal teams.

  • Assisting R&D in identifying key technology drivers and market needs to define product requirements.

Your experience includes:
  • 10+ years of experience in product management or technical product marketing within the semiconductor industry.

  • Proven track record in strategic planning, global market development, and market research.

  • Experience in gathering and translating customer needs into actionable product requirements.

  • Strong understanding of embedded electronics, semiconductor processor IP, and disruptive technologies.

  • Proficiency in financial terms and understanding of financial analyst reports.

  • Knowledge of AI/ML and processor architectures is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or physics; MBA preferred.
