Summary

Innatera is a rapidly-growing Dutch semiconductor company that aims to simplify how sensor data is processed in electronic devices. Innatera develops microprocessor chips that closely mimic how the brain processes information, allowing everyday devices like your smartphone to process data rapidly while consuming only a fraction of energy that conventional processors consume. The company is presently working towards introducing its first processor products to the market.

Innatera is looking for an Events Coordinator Intern with strong interest in operations and marketing for its location in Rijswijk.

We will trust you with:

Collaborating with our commercial, marketing and engineering teams to plan and execute events;
Coordinating the logistics for both local and international events;
Developing and owning an event plan, ensuring the right KPIs are set and achieved for events;
Working directly with event organisers, booth builders and other external contractors to ensure smooth running of events;
Monitoring event costs and budgets;
Serving as the first point of contact for event inquiries;
Assisting in improving the overall organization and structure of events.

What you need to succeed:

You are currently pursuing studies in Hospitality, Event Management or similar fields;
Ideally, you have already gained some experience in event management;
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as in close collaboration with the team;
Excellent organizational skills, with great attention to detail, a sense of creativity and a people-oriented mindset;
Great communication and customer service skills: you know how to deal with both internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and kindness.
