AMS Verification Engineer (G)

Summary

We are looking for an AMS Verification Engineer to strengthen our Mixed-Signal SoC team and help verify our next-generation AI processors. You will develop AMS models and integrate them into the AMS SoC verification pipeline. Your work will ensure that our AI processors meet the highest standards before they reach fabrication. This role is crucial in enhancing pre-silicon verification and accelerating time-to-market.

We will trust you with:
  • Developing and enhancing AMS models for system-level verification;

  • Integrating AMS models into mixed-signal SoC verification pipelines;

  • Performing pre-silicon verification;

  • Working on real-number modeling (RNM) and Verilog-AMS (VAMS) modeling;

  • Defining and executing test benches for AMS verification;

  • Collaborating closely with digital and analog designers to refine verification strategies;

  • Debugging and validating AMS simulation results, ensuring accuracy and performance;

  • Staying updated with the latest AMS verification methodologies and industry trends.

What you need to succeed:
  • Master’s degree in VLSI, Microelectronics, or a related field;

  • 2-3 years of industry experience in AMS modeling & verification;

  • Hands-on experience with Assertion Based Verification;

  • Passion for continuous learning;

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and curious mindset;

  • Experience with Verilog-AMS (VAMS) and real-number modeling (RNM);

  • Proficiency in Cadence tools (Xcelium, Virtuoso, Spectre);

  • Understanding of pre-silicon verification methodologies;

  • Experience with mixed-signal SoC verification.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with UPF/CPF-based low-power verification;

  • Experience with UVM-based mixed-signal verification;

  • Knowledge of machine learning or AI chip verification.
