Summary

As we grow, we're looking for a Technical Recruiter who thrives on building talent pipelines across domains like engineering, sales operations, and product. The core focus of the role will be on sourcing and hiring across technical and business-critical roles.
We will trust you with:
  • Active sourcing top talent using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche communities, especially in software engineering, hardware design, AI/ML, and technical sales.

  • Driving full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating and scheduling interviews, to offers and closing.

  • Proactively building and maintaining talent pipelines by identifying and engaging high-potential candidates to ensure we’re ready for future hiring needs.

  • Partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, influence sourcing strategy, and provide market insights and data.

  • Supporting onboarding coordination in collaboration with the People Operations team.

  • Tracking recruiting metrics and contributing to continuous improvements in our processes, tools, and systems.

  • Contributing to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives, including events, social media, and content campaigns.

  • Contributing to various projects led by the People & Culture team.
Your experience includes:
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on technical sourcing (software, hardware, systems).

  • Proven success in end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Proven track record of building different Boolean searches, creative outreach, etc.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to recruiting, with the ability to leverage metrics and insights to guide sourcing strategies and influence recruiting decisions.

  • Experience in recruiting for a mix of technical and business roles (e.g. embedded engineers, product managers, tech sales, etc).
