Partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, influence sourcing strategy, and provide market insights and data.

3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on technical sourcing (software, hardware, systems).
Proven success in end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proven track record of building different Boolean searches, creative outreach, etc.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach to recruiting, with the ability to leverage metrics and insights to guide sourcing strategies and influence recruiting decisions.
Experience in recruiting for a mix of technical and business roles (e.g. embedded engineers, product managers, tech sales, etc).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proactive and adaptable. You're energised by change and love solving challenges hands-on.
